i had a fantastic stay at holiday inn express! the ladies at the front desk, paris and kitara, were amazing. i loved the breakfast – there were lots of options, and everything was fresh. the indoor pool looked inviting too!

The breakfast was decent, the kids liked cook-your-own pancakes, so at least they enjoyed that! The location was convenient, really hopeful but. Even that didn't make up for the rest.

The hotel had a welcoming front desk staff who genuinely cared about our needs. However, the breakfast experience was lacking, with numerous items missing and limited options. Also, the pool reservation requirement proved inconvenient. Overall, it’s a decent place but could really improve in those areas.

The accessibility to shopping and the interstate made getting around easy, though there was a long wait for the shuttle, which was frustrating. Breakfast options included items like cottage cheese, but overall the food quality felt a bit like it was reheated. The room was clean and comfortable, contributing positively to the stay.

Awesome staff and comfy rooms!

The rooms were really spacious and had this cool media setup for all our devices. Big TV too! The staff were super friendly and even offered a crib for the little one. Breakfast was solid with a nice snack bar. Only downside was the parking situation. had to use the back lot. Overall, a solid stay!

Strongly recommend for a quick layover

Comfortable room, pleasant breakfast, which featured a typical HIE menu but was presented upscale, perfectly suited for a restful night after a long trip from John Glenn International Airport.

My stay at Holiday Inn Express was very comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and included a larger TV than expected, which was a nice bonus. The location is excellent and very convenient for business activities. The complimentary breakfast was a great way to start the day. The staff was friendly and efficient during check-in and check-out.

The breakfast was a standout with freshly made waffles, but the cold eggs were a letdown. Overall, my room was clean and spacious, but the pool was closed during my visit. 🏨

stayed for one night in a Standard King Room. the room was spacious and clean, featuring a flat-screen TV, refrigerator, and nice seating area. great amenities like air conditioning and a hairdryer made it comfy. the fitness center was well-equipped too. breakfast was decent with options like oatmeal and pastries.

Check-in felt chaotic with a long wait for our room, as it seemed others arriving after us got settled quicker. The TV service had recently switched, leading to unhelpful channel guides and frustrating delays in switching channels. Additionally, some areas like the elevator could use more attention. it carried an unpleasant odor that wasn't inviting.
